Binding machine 300 and 300 vario
Our design variants offer a customized solution for every user.
The 300 / 300 vario binding machine can be used for all types of binding work. The machine is suitable for tying decorative wreaths (all types with and without beading, round and single-sided), garlands, Advent wreaths, forest wreaths (with low bead thickness), bouquets, hand bouquets, etc.
The binding thread (made of plastic or viscose, or wire if desired) is placed over the binding material and fixed in place by means of a circumferential binding ring. The tension of the thread can be adjusted individually.
The operator always has both hands free to feed the fabric. The 300 / 300 vario / 300 automatik binding machine is available as a tabletop model or can be upgraded with a height-adjustable base frame. This allows the operator to work from a seated position.

The binding process is started by pressing the foot switch. If the foot is removed from the switch, the binding ring stops immediately. This variant only has one speed.
Binding machine 300 vario
In addition to the features of the 300 binding machine, this version has an infinitely variable speed setting. Switching enables the machine to be set so that it makes one revolution after the foot switch is pressed and stops again at a fixed position point. This position is selected so that the thread is pulled down into the machine housing (free feeding, tension is maintained).
